Mohammad Salem brings over 21 years of experience in software development, with a specialized focus on building secure, high-performance payment systems. Since joining ProgressSoft in 2004, he has contributed to the design and implementation of several core financial solutions, including Electronic Check Clearing (PS-ECC), Automated Clearing House (PS-ACH), Mobile Payment Systems (PS-mpClear, PS-mPay), and Signature Verification (PS-SIG). These solutions have been successfully adopted by banks across Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen, and Oman.

His role has spanned the full development lifecycle—covering software architecture, requirements analysis, task planning, automated testing, code review, integration interface definition, release management, and user training. He has also led technical efforts in maintaining system quality, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.

Mohammad holds a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Jordan, graduating among the top of his class with a GPA of 3.79/4. He is certified as a Microsoft MCP, MCTS, MCPD, and is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP).

Known for his practical approach and depth of experience, Mohammad offers valuable insights into developing resilient software systems for critical financial operations.
